- Try to avoid sarcastic or snarky comments. Try not to get annoyed easily. Step away if I need to
- Other group memebrs, they could call me out.
- Not enough sleep. Tired and hungry.

- Getting fit. Lots of walks before long walk.
- The you yangs near Geelong, has interesting walks and can do some climbing while I'm there.
- Being lazy, not putting in the time.

- Getting plenty of sleep. Reflecting on my mood, and why I feel that way.
- My bed.
- It's a long time, I might start to get annoyed by some things.
